The following are the answers to the most frequently asked questions:

1) How do I sell on Second Showroom?

This site is designed to be a platform for dealers, retailers, showrooms or designers only.  To sell, simply register, then log in after you receive your password.  Then click on “submit ad”.   You can find some helpful selling tips here.

Please note:  We do not accept private party ads.

2) Do I need to register if I just want to buy?

No, you do not register to buy from Second Showroom.   If you are interested in purchasing, simply click on “reply to this ad” and communicate directly with the listed dealer.

3) Who do I contact if I have a problem with my purchase?

The respective dealer should be your contact regarding all sales and customer service inquiries.

4) Can I upload multiple items at once?

We realize this is an important feature and we are working to implement in the near future.

5) Is there any fee to use this site?

No, the site is absolutely free to buy or to sell.
